All products sold on aten-kvm.com are cover by ATEN warranty policy. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number or "warranty void" sticker has been removed or altered on the product.
This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than ATEN.
This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS.
Products sold with special short warranry period note will be covered according to the statement on the product page.
aten-kvm.com ships out merchandise daily from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(EST) via UPS or POST. We are shipping from different warehouses located at USA or Canada depends on the stock status. There won't be any customs duty for ATEN products to USA and Canada.
We are shipping the merchandises from different warehouses located in Califonia/New Jersey, USA or Markham, Canada
Flat shipping rate to USA and Canada is available. We will ship via UPS ground to USA or Post Service to Canada by default. To provide most efficient service, we may change to another courier for the same cost without further notice.
Flat shiopping rate only applies to certain USA and Canada locations. aten-kvm.com keeps the right to adjust the shipping rate for some special remote locations in USA or Canada.We will contact you after order placed to discuss the freight charge for the above addresses.

Ground shipping is free to USA and Canada for order total above US$2000.
We are able to ship worlwide. However the website is only able to process the shipping charge for order from USA and Canada automaticall. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org for freight charge if you are from out of North Amecia.
Return and Exchange Policy
All products marked as "Clearnace sale" are NCNR(No cancellation, no refund). Warranty service only!
All returns have to be done within 7 days from the delivered date with minimum 15% restocking fee (Full refund only applied to D.O.A. No full refund for incompatible products. It is purchasers obligation to determine the compatibility of the items prior to purchase ). All products sales are final and warranty service only 30 days after purchasing, there are no exception.
A restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened/incompatible/dissatisfied item, unless the item is defective and is in exchange for exact same item.
Only returns with unopened items within 7 days are eligible for 100% store credits.
Shipping&handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any returned products. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account.
If product arrives damaged (D.O.A.), save the product and the original packaging, notify ATEN KVM ONLINE Customer Service immediately to obtain a RMA number. Customer has to fill out the claim form of the damaged merchandise (have to notify us within 3 business days). Please ask the claim form from the shipping courier. No exchange, return or refund for damage to the item due to mishandling or misuse.
Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charge (if applied) on any returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Returned items must contain all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
If you have an item you wish to return or exchange, please send us return request or contact our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the delivered date for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from date of issuance. Please ensure that the RMA number is visible on your return shipping label. Please follow the RMA instruction sending to you along with the RMA number to process the RMA shipment. All returns without following the above procedure will be REFUSED.
