Currency on website All currency on the website is in US fund. ATEN Limited Three (3) Years Warranty ATEN warrants this KVM product against defect in material or workmanship for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Please check ATEN USA for detail warranty policy. Please NOTE: There are exceptions to our industry-leading three (3) years warranty. The packaging will clearly state if the warranty is less than three (3) years. When returning the product, you must ship the product in its original packaging or packaging that gives an equal degree of protection. Include your proof of purchase in the packaging and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please follow the RMA instructions given by our service support representatives. This warranty becomes invalid if the factory-supplied serial number or "warranty void" sticker has been removed or altered on the product. This Warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification of any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper equipment, or attempted repair by anyone other than ATEN. This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH FAULTS. Shipping Policy ATEN KVM ONLINE ships out merchandise daily from Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.(EST) via UPS, POST. Online shipping calculator can only count the freight charge to USA and Canada. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to order from out of North America, we will count the shipping charge and send you the payment process page manually for international order from out of USA and Canada. All shipments are subject to stock availability. Return and Exchange Policy All return or exchange have to be done within 7 days from the delivered date with minimum 15% restocking fee (Full refund only applied to D.O.A. No full refund for incompatible products. It is purchasers obligation to determine the compatibility of the items prior to purchase ). All products sales are final and warranty service only after 30 days from purchasing, there are no exception. A restocking fee equal to minimum 15% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item, unless the item is defective and is in exchanged for exact same item. Shipping&handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any returned products. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account. If product arrives damaged (D.O.A.), save the product and the original packaging, notify ATEN KVM ONLINE Customer Service immediately to obtain a RMA number. Customer has to fill out the claim form of the damaged merchandise (have to notify us within 3 business days). Please ask the claim form from the shipping courier. No exchange, return or refund for damage to the item due to mishandling or misuse. Customer is responsible for shipping and insurance charge (if applied) on any returned items. For your protection, we recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. All items must be 100% complete and in "good as new" conditions. Returned items must contain all warranty cards, manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
